What’s Required to Apply?
To apply, you’ll need:
- A filled-out application form
- Proof of income
- A copy of your driver’s license
- A copy of your vehicle and trailer registration
Is Mail Service Available?
Residents can receive mail and packages through standard delivery services. Please check with management for designated mail pickup locations and guidelines.
What Are the Lease Terms at Silver Sands Park?
Residency at Silver Sands Park is on a month-to-month basis. We do not provide options for overnight or weekly stays.
Pets & Park Guidelines
What are Pet Restrictions at Silver Sands Park?
Yes! Residents may have up to two pets, provided they are approved by the park.
- All pets must be kept on a leash while outside—no exceptions.
- Please clean up after your pets and be considerate of your neighbors' spaces.
Can Park Management Ask Me to Make Improvements to My RV or Home?
Yes, management may request residents to address any issues that do not comply with local or state regulations regarding mobile homes and accessory structures. Keeping properties in good condition helps maintain a safe and well-kept community for everyone.
Can Park Management Access My Lot?
Yes, park management has the right to access your lot during reasonable hours for necessary upkeep, including utility maintenance, tree and driveway care, and lot maintenance if it has not been kept in compliance. These visits help ensure the community remains safe, clean, and well-maintained for all residents.

What utilities are available?
Silver Sands Park offers a range of essential utilities, including 30-50 amp electrical hookups, water and sewer connections, and weekly curbside trash collection. Additionally, Wi-Fi and internet access are available through a third-party provider.
Are Bathrooms and Showers Available?
No, Silver Sands Park does not provide shared bathrooms or shower facilities.
Is There a Laundry Facility?
Yes! You can find the laundry room inside the Clubhouse.
