Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for residency at Silver Sands Park, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
  • Income Requirement: Net income should be 2.5 to 3 times the lot rent
  • RV Age Limit: The RV must be 25 years old or newer
  • Pet Policy: Up to two pets are allowed, pending park approval
